If you wish to apply for election or transfer to membership, it is essential that you use the application form, a copy of which is available as a PDF document or may be obtained from the Association. If you have any difficulty in completing the form, you should seek guidance from the Membership Secretary. Do not delay submitting your application, even if you are unable to complete all the questions or are unable to identify suitable sponsors. The Association will do its utmost to help you find sponsors.
Applications for membership must be submitted to the General Secretary, unless you live in Canada, Malaysia, Singapore or South Africa. Under these circumstances, your application should be sent to the Canadian, Malaysian, Singaporean or South African Membership Secretaries. Your application will then be considered by the Membership Sub-Committee, which meets twice each year, or the local Membership Committee in Canada, Malaysia, Singapore or South Africa, before being submitted to the Membership Sub-Committee for confirmation.
