The Conference will be held in the Wharfedale Suite at the St George Hotel, 1 Ripon Road, Harrogate, HG1 2SY, United Kingdom (Tel +44(0) 1423 561 431) on Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th June 2010. The Conference Programme with commence at 10.00am until 6.00pm on Monday 7th June and from 9.30 am until 12.30 pm on Tuesday 8th June. There will a drinks reception at 6.00pm following the close of the Conference on Monday 7th June, and delegates will be able to book tickets for the Kaleidoscope Industry Dinner on the evening of Tuesday 8th June.
The Conference forms part of the UK Surface Coatings Week 2010 of which the centre piece is the SURFEX 2010 exhibition which will be held in the Harrogate International Centre, opposite the St George Hotel, on Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th June 2010. All delegates will be pre-registered for free admission to the exhibition.
Name badges and a list of delegates will be issue at the registration desk from 9.00am on Monday 7th June. The Conference is accredited by the Oil and Colour Chemists' Association (OCCA) for continuing professional development and a Certificate of Attendance together with a CD of the presentations will sent to delegates after the Conference.

OCCA is a Registered Charity and the Conference is exempt from VAT
The registration fee includes buffet lunch on Monday 6th June, the Drinks Reception and interval refreshments. A complimentary snack and non-alcoholic drink will be available in the exhibition halls following the close of the Conference.

Cancellations received after 28th May 2010 cannot be refunded. A cancellation charge of £20 will be levied on all cancellations before 28th May 2010. Name substitutions are allowed at any time.
The organisors have appointed the Harrogate Accommodation Bureau as agents for the Conference. If contacting the Bureau please mention that you are attending SURFEX 2010. Delegates are welcome to make their own arrangements for accommodation.
The Kaleidoscope Industry Dinner is the official dinner for the Conference. The Dinner, of which some of proceeds support nominated charities, will be held at the Majestic Hotel, Harrogate on Tuesday 8th June 2009. Tickets, priced £45 plus VAT can be booked on registration or subsequently.
