OCCA is continuing to monitor the ongoing situation with respect to the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19). We are following official UK government guidelines, which advise on how to contain, delay and mitigate the spread of the virus.
In line with the most recent government official guidance, all face to face OCCA meetings and events have been cancelled until further notice. However, we are focusing our efforts into providing a number of new online initiatives, including our newly launched Weekly Webinar series, Council & team meetings, networking and social events, primarily via our new Zoom platform.
Please see our website and social media platforms for details of all planned events, including booking links where appropriate.
Date: Friday 28th February 2020
Time: 18:45 – 01:00
Come along and join us to make this another memorable & fun occasion. Experience what a great value, traditional and cultured evening our Burns Supper is.
Regular visitors to the Burns Supper will be familiar with the ‘Order of Events’ which usually commences with a wee ‘dram’ in the bar before sitting down to a traditional Scottish meal, including the piping of the Haggis, various renderings of Burn’s very own music, songs and verse and a ‘Toast to the Lassies’.
As in previous years, there will be also be a ‘Response from the Lassies’ during the evening's events!
