The SIXTY-FOURTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE ASSOCIATION will be held at 11.30am on Thursday 10th September 2026 at Northampton Museum & Art Gallery, Northampton.

Time: Registration & refreshments from 11am. AGM 11.30am-1.00pm, followed by a buffet lunch and the opportunity to tour the art gallery and museum.

The venue for this year’s AGM is Northampton Museum & Art Gallery, 5-6 Guildhall Road, Northampton, NN1 1DP. Registration & refreshments will be available from 11am. The AGM will commence at 11.30am and is expected to finish no later than 1.00pm.

Buffet lunch

A buffet lunch will be served once the AGM is concluded.

Gallery & museum tour

Step into a world of art, history and discovery – explore the contemporary exhibitions, stunning fine art and a world-renowned shoe collection.

Attend virtually

The AGM will be live streamed via Zoom for members wishing to attend online.

The Agenda and Annual Report of Council for 2025 will be made available to Members on the OCCA website at www.occa.org.uk/members or by request – please email admin@occa.org.uk.

Attendance at the AGM is free of charge for members. There is a nominal charge of £15.00 per head for non-members wishing to attend. For further details please email admin@occa.org.uk.

Council Nominations

Nominations for Members of the Council to be elected at the Annual General Meeting are as follows:

The following members, elected in 2024, are due to retire by rotation and are eligible for re-election:

The following members, elected in 2025, may continue to serve if they so wish:

  • David Williams

The ex-officio and Honorary officers will be nominated by Council for election at the Annual General Meeting. Registered Students are not eligible for membership of the Council and may not nominate candidates for the Council.

Nomination forms must bear the names of four Full Members of the Association and be received by the Honorary Secretary no later than 16th July 2026.
