On the eve of the Sixty-Fourth Annual General Meeting & Presidential Handover. The tour starts at 6.00pm prompt.

We have arranged a private tour of Phipps Brewery, Northampton, for Wednesday 9th September, 6.00–10.00pm – the eve of this year’s Presidential Handover. The Albion Brewery Bar has been closed to the public, allowing us exclusive use for the evening.

Brewery tour

Sample some of the wonderful range of ales, ancient and modern, follow the brewing process and learn a few of Phipps’ secrets.

The tunnels and cellars beneath the brewery

Tunnels & the Kings Well

Wander through the tunnels and cellars under the building, with a chance to see the Kings Well, where the finest water in the area has attracted brewers for centuries.

Supper included

A choice of pie & mash or chilli and rice, with vegan options for non-meat-eating guests.

Exclusive bar

The Albion Brewery Bar has been closed to the public for the evening – it’s all ours.

Cost: £25.00 per person, which includes the full brewery tour and meal.

Places are strictly limited to 30. Council Members are being offered first option to book, with any remaining places then opened up to members and supporters of OCCA who have attended previous AGM social events.
