The SIXTY-FIRST ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE ASSOCIATION
will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday 20th September 2023 at the Concorde Visitor Centre, Manchester Airport.

The venue for this year’s AGM is Concorde Visitor Centre, Alpha Charlie Suite, Runway Visitor Park, Sunbank Lane, Altrincham WA15 8XQ.
Registration & refreshments will be available from 11.00am. The AGM will commence at 12 noon, and will be followed by lunch and tour of the facility.
The AGM will be run as a ‘face to face’ event and will take place in the Board Room overlooking the Alpha Charlie Hangar. Following the AGM, a buffet lunch will be served. Attendees will also be granted entry to the viewing platform and will be offered a 20 min tour of Concorde.
There is an additional option to upgrade to a Premium 1 hour tour of Concorde, which will include an in-depth tour of the cockpit and cabin of the Concorde plane G-BOAC, affectionately known as Alpha Charlie, the second Concorde to be delivered to British Airways in 1976, and the ‘flagship’ of the famous fleet.
Attendance at the AGM is free of charge for members. There will be charge for non-members wishing to attend the AGM itself. Cost for the additional premium 1 hour tour is £25.00 per member/guest.

Places are strictly limited to 50 people, so please book early to avoid disappointment. Members unable to book a place will be able to follow the AGM via ‘live Zoom stream’.
