The venue for this year’s AGM is the Hexagon Room at the ever-popular Lowry Theatre in the heart of Media City, Salford Quays. Situated on the waterfront in MediaCityUK, at the heart of one of the world’s former biggest industrial ports, and today a leading media and tech hub, The Lowry Theatre is easily accessible via car or public transport, with ample parking available. The theatre is also home to one of the largest L S Lowry collections in the world.
The AGM will be run as a ‘face to face’ event and will take place in the Hexagon Room at The Lowry Theatre – located within the centre of the theatre complex and accessed by an internal private bridge.
AGM registration will commence at 10.45am. The AGM will run from 11.00am-12.30pm.
Attendance at the AGM is free of charge for members. There will be a nominal charge of £10.00 per head for non-members wishing to attend the AGM itself.
Members wishing to attend the AGM MUST pre-register their attendance online – www.occa.org.uk/agm-2025-attendance.
The event will also be 'live streamed' via Zoom for members wishing to attend 'virtually'.
The Agenda and Annual Report of Council for 2024 will be made available to Members in the Members' Area on the OCCA website.
Please ensure you book your places fast - come along to support & thank President Elizabeth Humphrey and her fellow Trustees and learn about the plans for OCCA for the remainder of Elizabeth’s three-year tenure.
Following the AGM, members & guests will have the option to attend the OCCA Networking Lunch, which will commence with a drinks reception at 12.30pm followed by a 3-course lunch from 1.30-4.30pm.

To round off the day’s events, guests will have the added option of attending a social event on the evening of 2nd July at The Alchemist restaurant in the heart of Salford Quays.
Come along and take part in a ‘molecular mixology masterclass’ session and learn the art of cocktail making from the best in the business. We will have our own dedicated area of the bar and will have plenty of opportunity to mix & mingle and unwind after a very busy day.
