Coatings Ambassador Training with Science Industry Partnership

The British Coatings Federation has partnered with the Surface Coatings Group of the Royal Society of Chemistry and OCCA to create a national network of ambassadors for the coatings industry.

Volunteer as a Science Industry Partnership (SIP) Ambassador and join a network of industry professionals who are trained to engage, inspire and enthuse young people into science careers. All Ambassadors work with young people, parents and teachers to promote STEM careers. They show young people the practical application of science in the real world and showcase the range of career opportunities available.

Our collaboration with STEM Learning UK means that Ambassadors now have access to a whole range of resources to deliver the best careers outreach activities to the next generation!

1. Get approval from your manager to attend training.
2. Sign up for the training with the password: Coatings2024
3. Sign up for SIP Ambassador Programme.
4. Sign up for your STEM Ambassador profile.
5. Look out for a pre training email (usually about a week before the session starts).
