OCCA is continuing to monitor the ongoing situation with respect to the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19). We are following official UK government guidelines, which advise on how to contain, delay and mitigate the spread of the virus.
In line with the most recent government official guidance, all face to face OCCA meetings and events have been cancelled until further notice. However, we are focusing our efforts into providing a number of new online initiatives, including our newly launched Weekly Webinar series, Council & team meetings, networking and social events, primarily via our new Zoom platform.
Please see our website and social media platforms for details of all planned events, including booking links where appropriate.
Date: Wednesday 8th September 2021
Time: 18:00 – 22:00
Venue: The Botanist, Salford Quays, Manchester
We have reserved an area of the restaurant that is sectioned off from the rest of the general public, which can comfortably seat 30 members, in line with all current government guidelines relating to Covid-19. This may be subject to change, should there be a change in government guidelines.
The AGM will commence at 6pm prompt and is expected to finish no later than 7.30pm. Guests will then have the option of staying for a meal, at members' own cost. Menus and booking forms will be sent to registrants 2 weeks prior to the AGM. Monies will be payable on the day itself. No deposit is required at this stage.
Copies of the agenda, minutes from the 2020 AGM and nomination forms are available from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Members are asked to register for the AGM via the booking link below.
