OCCA Weekly Webinars Series 16 continues with "Build A Better Formula" presented by Daan Dewulf of Shamrock Technologies. The webinar will take place via Zoom on Wednesday 18 June at 2:30pm.

Abstract:

Shamrock Technologies, a global manufacturer of specialty additives, is excited to unveil its latest PTFE-free advancements in the field of modern Coatings and Ink.

With a commitment to innovation and sustainability, Shamrock introduces BioSLIP®, MaxWAX™, HydroCER® Emulsions and Dispersions, and Texture Series to meet evolving industry needs and regulatory changes.

These newest developments are a result of years of experience and R&D work to deeply understand the effect and benefits of our specialty additives in the Coatings and Ink industry.

During this presentation, we will explore Shamrock’s latest PTFE-free developments and micronization technologies. With our wax combinations, we can meet many of the challenges that come with replacing PTFE in coatings, thus helping our customers "Build A Better Formula."

Our objective in this presentation is to provide answers to questions such as:
• "Which wax combinations will give controlled slip, abrasion resistance, and release in different coating industries?"
• "How can we achieve texturing in powder coatings without the use of PTFE?"
